Before we tell you what we are, let's start off with what we're not: we ​are not a high volume recruiting agency. We consider the companies we work with to be partners, not clients to accumulate.

This allows us to spend time not only finding the person who will satisfy the finer points of the position, but also be a constructive fit into your unique company culture.

Throughout our collective 50 years of experience in recruiting, we've found one thing to always be true - a good match is made through good conversation. 

We keep a digital Rolodex featuring thousands of qualified professionals across the country at the ready for when you need them. If your new hire isn't in that group? We will go out searching for both active and passive candidates who have the skills to excel at your company.  ​

We search nationally to proactively identify and qualify top talent, and we set your recruitment strategy from the get-go, so both teams are clear on the process. We work with candidates throughout this process, so that you will find someone who will not only show up, but make a difference.

 

This doesn't mean we coach candidates to say what you want to hear - we just help you to hear them clearly.  Too many good matches are passed up because of avoidable misunderstandings or assumptions made in a 30 minute interview process. By working and conversing with candidates regularly throughout the process, we get a clear understanding of who they are, and more importantly, who they could be to you.
